E | 为确保方案落地见效，浙江将建立省、市、县（市、区）各级职责部门、区域、市场主体间的协调联动机制，组建跨部门工作专班，建立定期会商机制，及时协调解决工作推进中的重大问题。资金方面，用好用足交通、旅游等支持政策，积极争取“两重”“两新”、中央预算内投资、超长期特别国债等国家政策性资金支持。鼓励各地探索多元化投融资方式，撬动社会资金参与水路交旅产品开发。
